Main condition:
We apply a multidrop, fix time, door-to-door delivery system. This means that we undertake shipments, if personal delivery is provided at the sending and receiving addresses upon the 3 hour time interval set after determining the most efficient route. We are only  attempting deliveries which are ordered in a written form and confirmed in an e-mail by our Customer Services. Thereby, we can guarantee our low prices and our organized and reliable work.

Insurance:
Our vehicles are insured by CMR liability insurance, covering damag up to 20.000.- USD. The CMR insurance generally covers damag, arising due to the carrier's fault up till ~10 EUR/kg. This type of insurance is only valid for Companies having a valid EU Tax registration number. For the shipments of individuals and companies not having an EU Tax registration number, our company provides a maximum of  50.000.- HUF liability cover for the whole shipment. In case of shipments of higher value, the ordering party has to make insurance for the shipping, at any insurance company. Please ask for advice form our Customer Services on this matter.
We only guarantee safe and secure transport of properly packaged, sealed and addressed consignments. Unwrapped or not properly packaged consignments can be refused, or after writing the defect on the consignment note, it can only be transported on the sender's sole responsibility. In this case we will deny our liability for any damag that may occur to the consignment or its contents. Please visit our Packaging menu for further information on proper wrapping and sealing. We are unable to accept any claims for compensation after the consignment has been delivered and singed for.

What can be shipped:
We ship all products properly boxed and packaged (explained in the packaging menu) which may be transported by general road transportation, baggage, luggage, motor, bicycle, pieces of furniture, musical instrument, clothes, toys, sporting goods, building materials, tools, gardening-, household-, office- and other telecommunication equipment. Commercial food products not requiring cooling, sweets, gifts, other unlisted packages not including illegal, excise, flammable, explosive, contagious, disgusting or other dangerous materials and products. We do not provide passenger or live-animal transport. We undertake transporting plants, at the responsibility of the sender, with proper packaging. As a registered postal service provider our Company is entitled to attend opening consignments with the necessary written record in case of reasonable suspicion, according to the method eplained in the 8th, 9th and the 10th section, 14§ of the Postal Act.
If authorities are inspecting the transporting vehicle and any material excluded from the service is found (eg.: tobacco, alcohol etc.) these items are immediately confiscated. In this case we're charging a minimum of 10.000.- HUF for every hour of inspection for stalling our deliveries and also for violating our Terms & Conditions.

Ordering a Shipment:
The easiest way to request a quotation or to order a delivery is to fill out the form in the "Quotation Request" menu. In reasonable cases orders can be taken over the phone or in person, where our colleagues fill out the quotation request form, this comes with a 5% charge on the shipping fee. Orders generally get processed within 1 workday in the order of receiving the requests, and then optionally confirmed in an e-mail, checking the details and also the transportation costs. The orders are not themselves are not binding; they become official after the order has been confirmed. The notice about our couriers arrival in being done according to the method explained in the Notice section further below. All shipping process starts with the pickup, finishes with the delivery and than being closed up.
You may cancel your processed order 72 hours before the confirmed pickup period.  In case of late cancellation or circumvention of delivery, a fee of 3.850.- HUF will be charged. If a confirmed and notified shipment fails due to the customers mistake, minimum 50% of the shipping fee is to be payed. Order modifications can be done up to the time determined in the written order confirmation. After that time the fee for the ordered amount is the minimum to be payed. All changes have to be requested in a written form.

Shipping:
Our vehicles leave on a weekly basis on the route indicated in the "Shipping Dates" menu. The shipping time is generally 3-12 days, where we guarantee the  12 days time guarantee following pick-up which is confirmed separately for all orders. We issue international bill of lading, marked by individual numbers on all shipments, thereby confirming pick-up and delivery. Furthermore, we issue VAT invoices on all shipping fees. In some cases we include partner shipping companies in the service to assure the time guarantee of pickups and deliveries.
Door-to-door delivery means that we ship directly from the stated address to the desired address, if personal delivery is available for the given arrival window. Direct consignment pickup and delivery can only be carried out in case addresses are accessible on firm road surface. The shipping fee covers directly loading and unloading the vehicle, but does not cover any further lading, just in special cases, based on previous reconciliation. (Within the apartment/house, cellar, yard, not approachable address) Please let us know whether extra lading is needed upon placing your order, otherwise consignment can be received at the vehicle!

Notice:
Upon confirming the orders, we indicate the expected days of pick up and delivery of the packages.
Text messages are sent to all concerned customers about the expected time of the Courier's arrival depending on traffic, indicating a 3-hour interval. The texts are sent out between 3 and 6 PM the day before pickup and delivery in Hungary; also the Text notices are sent out between 12:00-16:00 Friday preceding the UK shipping period.
Our courier gives a call shortly before his arrival relevant to the exact time of the delivery. The time when the notices are being given might be slightly later in act of god situatoins.
If the customer is not reachable on the phone number given when approaching the address we'll declare the delivery as circumvented. Our couriers will try do everything to have your parcels delivered. If a shipment becomes circumvented for 3 times, the order will automatically be cancelled.

Payment terms:
Payment may be rendered by cash upon dispatching the package, upon delivery or by bank transfer if the shipment fee is credited to the bank account prior to dispatching the package (other payment conditions based on negotiations). Payment may be rendered in Hungarian forints, Euro or British pound. We convert by applying The official daily excahnge rates issued by the Hungarian National Bank (MNB) at the order confirmation.

Prices / Price payment on Pickup or Delivery (COP, COD):
You can find detailed informaition about shipping fees in the "Prices" menu.
You can request Cash payment for a consignment upon pickup or delivery. The  price payment can be done up to 50.000.- Forints without prepayment. Cash payment over that amount has to be previously transferred to our bank account. These payments can be made in Hungarian forints, Euro or British pound. We convert by applying The official daily excahnge rates issued by the Hungarian National Bank (MNB)

Data protection:

Any client data are kept securely and not given out to any third party in any case. The only exception is when official organization finds us with a written proposal.

Work safety:
The sender must provide appropriate packaging and load the package which cannot be handled manually by one person. We do not provide loading for packages over 30 kg. Please make sure your consignment is not heavier than 30 kg a piece if possible.
