calculation: Amount, size and weight of the shipped consignments are needed for an accurate price calculation (pcs, cm x cm x cm, kg). We consider the total volume and weight when preparing your price regardless of the number of consignments. Please follow the transport safety and packaging guidelines available from the Packaging menu. We prefer package units of 20-25 kgs as they are better to handle and easier to secure for transport. In case your consignment would be close or over 30kgs, split it into separate units and that would make no difference in the shipping fee. Handling of parcels over 30kgs must be organized by the ordering party upon pickup and delivery as well due to Health&Safety issues. |

menu. Bicycle shipping: Bicycles have to be prepared for shipping according to the method explained in the "Packaging" menu! Shipping fee of an adult bicycle: 15.000.- HUF which is 43 GBP Shipping fee of a child bicycle: 11.000.- HUF which is 31,5 GBP Storage services (In The UK): 1GBP / package / 5kg. The storage fee is calculated by the piece and the real summarized weight of the packages. The higher volume will be the base of the calculation. For example: the fee for 5 packages = 5 GBP, or the fee for one 25 kg package is also = 5GBP. For this fee the customer can receive and store his packages up to 2 shipping weeks and after that it has to be delivered to the required address. General shipments cannot be combined with Storage shipments. Consignments over 30 pieces or 150kgs being stored during the two shipping week storage period will receive a discounted rate. Moving or larger quantity shipping: In case of moving or larger deliveries a list of consignment or equipment is to be attached containing the size and weight of the items to be transported, or at least the required space and weight, along with the dimensions of the largest pieces. Placed on an estimated consignment list, a shipping fee can be calculated, which can be corrected according to the exact shipping list before the actual pickup. For goods filling a half or even a complete lorry, we are willing to offer further discount, based on our agreement. For these cases it is advisable to request a quotation 30 days in advance prior to the chosen date, so that would make it easier to place your order at the required date. |

| Volume
Consignments: (e.g.: Furniture, mattress, bigger toys, some musical
instruments) The volumetric weight calculation is important in case the parcel is light but large in size. We always count with the larger number from the actual weight and the volume weight in the price calculations. Shipments are qualified as volume consignments when the volume weight is minimum 3 times larger then the actual weight. The shipping fee for these volume consignments are calculated with a unique rate based on the volumetric weight! The volume weight is calculated according to the following formula: Width (cm) x Length (cm) x Height (cm) / 6000 = Volume weight (kg). For example: the volume weight of a 60cm x 60cm x 70cm size box is 42 kgs. Using the calculator below, you can easily determine the volume weight of your parcel. |
