1. What is the guarantee that the delivery arrives at the given address?

We prepare a uniquely numbered registered Consignment note for every shipment as an evidence of posting and delivery; besides, an invoice is attached to each freight, detailing all delivery fees. These documents make any shipments traceable and clearly identifiable.

Text messages are sent to all concerned customers about the expected time of the Courier's arrival depending on traffic, indicating a 3-hour interval.
